Misogyny

with racism and domination, is an important pillar of Islamic culture and Arabic. Women are, to cite to Islamic law, “lower than pigs and cattle.” By giving them a higher status than Jews and blacks. Nearly 50% of Arab women are illiterate. About 40% of Women in Muslim countries are illiterate. Forcing women into bed sheets and the destruction of the individuality of women’s clothing, but it is evidence of something much darker, more evil and psychopathic in Arab countries and Islamic “culture.” Women are hated. Can

The roots of the Arab misogyny back to Muhammad. A supporter of feminism, it was not. Mohammed took over the old Arab practice of male domination, add in some of his own virulently anti-female orders and designate them as Ali or sect Arab ilah Moon, “laws”. It was crazy in the belief that women were an inferior race, to support people as sex toys and ultimately used and cost too simple-minded producers of men, the Fascist Jihad is the cause of the spread of the Moon sect is fighting to be called a nonsense message embedded in the Koran. He was and is to empower the Arab-Islamic position, educate not need, or free women.

In the Arab and Muslim culture, women are simply not accepted as equivalent. They are a “shame” family. Many baby girls are murdered – infanticide – throughout the Muslim world because of this cultural obsession in the production of males only. This is especially true when a mother for the birth of girls. At some point, the grandmother and a male will kill just “fake” baby girl. The culture of “shame” of women dominated the surrounding Muslim life and Islam. The Muslim society is built in part to the construction of misogyny and a general hatred for women. A fact that even the United Nations – not the most intelligent or rational – was reluctantly forced to admit when they make up their study of the conditions of heaviness in the Arab world . Even the UN acknowledges that the female is an endangered species in the Arab and Muslim world.

The majority of Arab hostility to women before the time of Muhammad and the Rise seventh century of the Meccan moon sect . But Islam is the founder certainly broadened and deepened the hatred of Arab women in a normal social and societal rights. Women were much better Muhammad in the Arabian Peninsula. With Mohammed and Islam came to paganism and the erection fundamentalists as it were, male domination invulnerable.

A list of the practices of Muhammad, supported in the Koran, rooted in Islamic law, and practiced in the Muslim world:

Polygamy: Mad Mohammed had at least nine women. There is no better example of treating women like meat, as when several women – a situation designed to appease the sexual pleasure of a male superior. Women are not given the same liberality their sexual energies to breastfeed.

ease of divorce a man can divorce a woman -. without penalty – just saying “I ‘three times, the Koran, sharia, which began with Mohammed A female has not a right. man to divorce under Islamic law, unless the man is guilty of something outrageous and removed the divorce. When a man is a divorce women, they are “ashamed” and is a social outsider, often rejected by their own families.

Genital Mutilation. Mad Mohammed decreed that the genitals of the woman “unclean” and are cut in order to please Allah and to save her “virginity” is probably a pre-Mohammed was insane practice in the Arab culture. Anyway, it was the barbarism of the law. genital mutilation is just a practice of torture, the man and woman rules the sexual pleasure of man is more important than it is to remember. Once mutilated female orgasm can not reach and in most cases are not even enjoy sex. This barbarism is still widely practiced today in most Islamic states [with the exception of countries like Morocco]. girls 7 or 8 years have their lips cut off, usually with glass .. go to about 5,000 a day through this ordeal Many die

Sex-trade. Even in western cities such as Montreal with large Arab populations, girls aged 14, the slave wealthy older men for sex to be sometimes. is a marriage is arranged to cover the sex industry. Usually, after a few months when the old man’s daughter is tired, it was used for meat sold to another buyer. Nobody knows how many girls are slaves are exchanged in such a way, but in the world, the numbers were in the tens of thousands of courses, Mohammed and his friends were part of the practice after the conquest, for example Some villages Jews murdered men and women sold as sex security -.. or a sex toy .. by the victorious Muslims, including the “prophet” Mohammed himself regularly bought and sold slaves female sexual

Fact clothing. not explain the Quran explicitly states that the sheets have to wear in public that demanded Mohammed, was that the female breast must be covered. But the ethos in Arab culture is that women are bad. Most references to demons and devils in Arabic script reference to the female. In this way, the woman down, locked, and fully reduced by the controlled equipment. The injunction of Muhammad, that women cover themselves mutate very quickly, thanks to growing Arab hostility toward women, a tradition that is now a law that women, their bodies do informally. Therefore, the bedding, the female form and covers her curves. It irrevocably castrated women’s independence and individuality.

It also marked the woman as a piece of property, a man in possession of non-entity. By the power of women as least one person President Arab male cult effective humanized, the woman once she is no longer a human right, it is easy to beat, abuse, kill and even

Abuse: .. usual at the time of Muhammad, the discipline to hit the practice, women were. Sura in the Koran describes four well hit a woman [not leave visible bruises and ugly]. Because the woman is uneducated, and dehumanized as sexual meat, it is clear that the beating of such a “creature” is a man of God-given “right” Arab cultural demonization of women as the personification of evil makes corporal punishment more fair

Education: .. The UN estimates that more than 40% of Arab women are illiterate and nearly 50% of all Muslim women suffer from a lack of education. For Mohammed and his disciples education was not a priority. In fact, he was not discouraged. Muhammad himself was illiterate. The most important thing was to follow to submit, obey Allah and especially women would be forced to crawl to submit, obey, and crawl in front of their husbands -.. the earthly incarnations of the glory of God and the purity of uneducated women are easier to control and much more in silent submission to the race and more able to demand of their husbands. meet

honor killings. Arab or Muslim girls, the family “law” or the Koran “law” can obey will be killed, the blood of the daughters of the water the earth, scratching of the family “shame” the Arab cult of death is natural. built around the blood. Some of the blood sacrifice of Islamic culture should be cleaned, which will become impure. When a Muslim girl is taken to do something contrary to Islamic law and Quranic, the only way to make the family inside his. to sacrifice and water the earth with their blood, the UN estimates that about 10,000 girls are killed in honor of the Middle East every year, that number is probably a factor of 10 too low

Murder .. A Muslim woman can for breach of trust or dishonor to her husband to be the most heinous crimes, which also killed: look at another man in the eye, meeting with another man responsible for the [reason], so in public without a family member male chaperone, not dressed in linen clothing when leaving the house with their own financial accounts or repeatedly disobeyed orders of the man. These “crimes” are Koranic law. Most Islamic states have morality police, in search of female criminality against the rule of men. phone records using the Internet and bank accounts in countries such as Iran, is monitored. When we took humiliating “her husband, a woman under Islamic law, will be severely punished and could even be stoned to death.

One of the reasons that Islam is a failure, the treatment of women. Arab-Muslim hierarchy of male dominance and male supremacy means that half of the total population of just over a collection of slaves and wicked. Beating, cutting, rape, murder – ‘. Less than a pig or a cow “these are only the expression of the Arab-Muslim barbarism, even products of a barbaric pre-modern culture, one in which the female is available

Yet for many in the West, Islam as a “religion” – as something quiet and spiritual. Ignorance of Islam by avoiding treatment of women is almost as monstrous and degradation everyday for 1400 years of Arab Muslim imperialism perpetrated by the followers of Muhammad from Mecca sect moon crazy. Islam is barbarism manifested most clearly in his treatment of the female to be seen.

Reasons & Steps to be taken for improving the life quality of Islamic women. Part 2

Friday, December 17th, 2010

IIWA (Iqra International Women’s Alliance) was launched with a view to give exposure to educated Muslim women to express their views and be a part of active Muslim society. As we all know half of the Muslim population is women who have tremendous potential to work for Ummah in social religious and educational fields. These potentials need direction and support by responsible people to break the shackles of economic strife.

There are many misconceptions and stereotypes in the society to demean Islam with particular reference to women. IIWA provides a platform for Muslim women to come forward, express their views and work positively for the Ummah strictly within the framework of Islamic shariah.

IIWA is a platform where Muslim women could join hands with sisters of other faith in carrying out social services so that we send a positive message to others, which alone would help us in D’awah work. IIWA also plans to organized seminars to educate Muslim women about duties imposed on them by Islam as also their rights in Shariah. .

Remove Domestic Violence

As per National Family and Health Survey in India, both Muslims and Hindu women are subjected to domestic violence. Though this violence is 20% less in Muslims as compared to Hindu families yet it is matter of great concern for any Muslim particularly when Rasulullah (S) asked in his last sermon:

“O people! Fear Allah concerning women. Verily you have taken them on the security of Allah and have made their persons lawful unto you by words of Allah. Verily you have certain rights over your women and your women have certain rights over you”.

IIWA has plans to create a cell to sort out issues concerning women who are subjected to domestic violence. IIWA will first try to ensure that such acts do not recur but in extreme cases IIWA would help aggrieved women morally, legally and financially.

IIWA also plans to organized seminars to educate Muslim women about duties imposed on them by Islam as also their rights in Shariah.

IIWA will also cooperate and coordinate with other groups/ organizations who are doing this work. However, IIWA would mainly concentrate on problems of Muslim women under the laws of Shariah

IIWA would also involve Muslim advocates to ensure justice for Muslim women particularly when there is already an act in Indian law “Protection of Women from Domestic Violence” passed on 26th October 2006. .

Removing Stereotype & Misconceptions

There are number of misconceptions about Islam and Muslims particularly about Muslim women in the society. IIWA plans to deal with each one of them and present the correct picture logically and in a positive manner. Hijab, Divorce, alimony etc., are some such issues, which are grossly misrepresented by the media with a view to make Islamic law anti-women. IIWA will try to make others understand that a Muslim woman covers her head but not her wisdom. .

Remove Cultural Imbalance

Muslims in India and many other countries live in a pluralistic society. It’s obvious that some cultural habits and rituals have been adopted by Muslims particularly women. Most of us are not even aware of such rituals, which at times are found un-Islamic. It is therefore necessary that Muslims should shun such wrong practices and scrupulously adhere to the teachings of Islam IIWA will help identify such cultural imbalances from Muslim society and would educate women to adopt the correct way.

In this regard IIWA is working towards reforming Muslim culture and wants to bring about changes for both men and women. IIWA will help Muslim women to adopt Islamic practices and attire and face the challenges of the modern time by balancing worldly affairs with spiritual life. .

Generate Communal Harmony

When prophet Mohamed (S) established first Muslim state in Madinah, he announced the rights of non-Muslims too. He announced that every non-Muslim who lives peacefully his life, wealth, places of worship would remain fully protected by the state. They also shared equal opportunities and reap benefits in Islamic state.

There were strict instructions to the conquering Muslim army not to hurt them or defame their religious heads or touch their places of worship. In case of complaints from non-Muslims against the Muslims, investigations were carried our promptly and justice delivered without any delay.

Qur’an says:

Let there be no compulsion in religion. Truth stands out clear from Error”. (2:256))

“We know the best what they (non-believers) say; and you are not one to compel them by force. So admonish with the Qur’an such as fear My warnings” (50:45)

Ehsaas

Ehsaas… is an endeavour of the IIWA through which it intends to extend a helping hand to the destitute women & children in India who year for an adequate and affordable means of training and professional enhancement. The project is towards establishing an institute that would offer courses on professional enhancement in Fashion Designing, Textile Designing, Interior Designing, Cooking, Beauty Culture, Computer Skills, Journalism, Photography, Handicrafts, Candle Making and Soft Toys Making etc.

The project entails building a base in Northern India in Delhi’s suburb where the first institution will be established. The plan has a comprehensive approach wherein the base will be an all encompassing set up with a training base including practical, theory & computer aided training methodology; A manufacturing unit where orders bagged by trained professionals will be manufactured; A warehouse where logistics will be maintained; An office where corporate relations and administrative procedures will be carried out and a showroom for visiting guests. It will be a multistory building in a 1000 sq. yards area with an exclusive floor attributed to each division.

The institute will offer training programs through trained professionals and will be subject to a nominal course fees. However, the deserving and needy candidates will be considered in given circumstances.

Through this institute IIWA intends to spread Islamic Education also among the women who are the inceptors of generations and who if educated can at least pay off an inheritance of education to the progeny. This however, will be achieved by the inclusion of Islamic Education as a compulsory subject for the Muslim Women & Children.

IIWA believes in a truly peaceful society in which people cooperate and coordinate with each other irrespective of their religion and belief. In order to enhance communal harmony what is required understands the teachings of all religion for which inter faith dialogues are necessary. Let us present to the world what Islam teachers and what prophet Mohamed (S) professed. At the same time let us hear what other religions stand for and what they teach the humankind.

IIWA is arranging inter faith dialogues between various communities for the sole purpose of creating mutual understanding and trust between them and to remove stereotypes and misunderstandings created deliberately against a particular religion and faith. .

Lip Gloss & Law Enforcement: Women In The Criminal Justice Field

Thursday, July 1st, 2010

The field of criminal justice is no longer a male-dominated industry. In fact, it is now a booming and nearly recession-proof field that is constantly seeking highly-trained individuals of both gender. The following are descriptions of the many rewarding career options the field of criminal justice has to offer for women.

Law Enforcement:

Opportunities for women exist in law enforcement at local, county, state and federal levels. Whether you want to work patrol, corrections, security or become specialized in some area, law enforcement may be the place for you. State positions are available in the area of highway patrol or the division of criminal intelligence. Federal positions for law enforcement vary within each agency. Such positions are available in the Federal Bureau of Investigations; Border Patrol; Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearm; Secret Service and Homeland Security.

Civilian Support:

Every agency of criminal justice uses civilian support personnel and many of these positions are held by women. Report takers, dispatchers, records specialists, computer information support personnel and radio technicians are the predominate positions held by civilian support.

Court Positions:

Lawyers, victim advocates, domestic violence advocates, paralegals, court reporters and support staff positions are other viable options for women in criminal justice. There are investigative positions for both prosecutors and defense attorneys as well. These positions generally require some prior investigative experience.

Corrections

The field of corrections offers many advantages to women as well. Female correctional officers are needed in any institution that houses females. These can also range from adult to juvenile facilities and maximum to minimum security facilities.

Civilian Positions:

Private security grows each day as more and more agencies are filling in where law enforcement can no longer reach. Large corporations and hospitals often have security/loss prevention positions that offer better hours and advancement opportunities than law enforcement.

Forensic Science

Criminalistics is a field within criminal justice that will continue to grow as technology grows. This field involves advanced crime scene investigating. Arson, handwriting, ballistics, DNA, drug screening and fibers are only a few of the many areas of specialties within the forensic science fields.

When looking at a career in the criminal justice field, women are only as limited as their thinking. Find your passion and follow it, as gender should never stop you from any career you choose.

Muslims generally do not take interest in social work as compared to other communities and as such the social problem in this community is much more than those of other communities. IIWA is an international Non-Profit organization, which is established with a view to fill this vacuum and brings the women together under one umbrella to serve the Ummah.  Since most of the sensitive issues in the society relate to women alone it is natural that her involvement and views on the subject is very necessary. Individually some women might be working for the good cause but their presence is never felt due to lack of communication and adequate publicity.

IIWA is a platform for woman to help those who are in need but also to raise their voices against injustice being meted out against women in the society. Though IIWA is an organization of Muslim women, it would also work for betterment and upliftment of women irrespective of their religion, caste or creed. By and large Muslim women are neither employed nor do any business and they have adequate time, which could be utilized, for social cause and make our society happy and healthy.

The First Step

IIWA is the first Muslim women organization, which would have an international connection and presence and would try to solve all issues relating to women. They may include matrimonial issues, like selection of spouse, divorce, payment of Meher and maintenance, marriage of widow or discrimination in inheritance. It could be educational or even economic issues, which need to be addressed in any society.

The women involved in this organization have worked individually in any or all of the fields mentioned above. For example a model Nikahnama was drafter some 15 years ago and was discussed with Ulama and after due deliberations it was released by All India Muslim Personal law Board.

If we look at the history of Islam, we find that women are very much involved in social, economic and religious activities. They had a say in the matter and was respected for their views. However, subsequently under the influence of other non-Islamic societies, the presence of women diminished from our society which resulted into discriminations against Muslim women, never heard of before in Islamic society. In order to rectify this situation, it was necessary to form a Muslim women group which shall act as per the well defined laws as given in Qur’an, Hadith & Sunnah under the able guidance of our Ulama. It is sad that despite very clear understanding of the position of women in Islam, the Muslims generally adopted various customs and traditions regarding position and treatment of women, which were quite discriminatory in nature, which people followed religiously, so much so that some of these traditions were allowed to be continued by educated elite under the guise abundant precaution.

It is a matter of great pleasure that an international Muslim women’s organization IIWA is now established. To me, it was a dream comes true. During last two decades of my work in the field of education and social activities my meeting with a few ladies and study of a few books made me think of working with other concerned ladies in an organized way. Fortunately, the moment this idea was floated many women and young girls came forward offering their ideas, views and services for the noble cause.

When I look at the condition of women in the world both in Islamic and non Islamic country I find that the woman is oppressed either due to ignorance or deceit in the name of liberation. Whereas when we look at the history of Islam, we find women as part of the ummah, contributing in every field in the sphere of life. We find her in education, business, battlefields, politics, and literature. Muslim women made history by participating in social life as she was an important member of society. .

A Sense of Equality

Abdul Haleem Abu Shiqah, an Arabic scholar writes in his book (which is translated into Urdu as “Aurat Ahde Risalat mein”), that a woman is part of our society but we made her contribution nil and due to her illiteracy and ignorance she is not capable of bearing and upbringing of a generation which this ummah needs today. No wonder the ummah has become so voiceless and inactive in the present world. A woman has the same capabilities, thoughts, vision and sensibilities as men do. Unfortunately half of Muslim population has been made redundant for no valid reasons and with no logical explanations or sanction from Qur’an and Hadith.

Islam is a way of life for both men and women enjoining upon them to educate themselves. The responsibility of creating a healthy society lies with both men and women, in Islam, which is not possible with half the population remaining illiterate and ignorant. The reason is simple, the ummah followed traditions rather than Qur’an and Sunnah. The result was obvious. Majority of women remained illiterate under coercion in a male dominated society whereas those who defied had blindly followed the west and had become epitome of western culture.

While we thank Allah SWT that He made us a part of this Ummah that follows Islam, a balanced logical religion. The reason as to why can’t we be a part of feminist movements is simple. All such movements are anti Islam; moreover we don’t need to be their part for, we have a beautiful and most logical Shariah which gives equal rights to women and guides us to a well defined path of bliss in both the worlds. Islam takes care of a women whether she is a child, orphan, married, widow or divorcee.

Remember when Rasulullah (S) was given the prophet hood it was a woman Hazrat Khadija (R) who accepted him as  prophet first and said Ammanna wa Saddaqna. It was a woman (Hazrat Umme Ammara Ansari) who was praised by Rasulullah (S) as great warrior in the field of Ohud and he gave his shield to her as gift. You should know that it was a woman Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa (R) who is considered the best of teachers of Ummah. It was a woman Hazrat Asma (R) who was made in charge of the markets by Hazrat Umer (R) due to her exceptional qualities and capabilities to do the job.

Attain Worldly Knowledge

The purpose of establishing IIWA is to help people look at the Muslim women from an angle that conforms Qur’an and Sunnah. It will help women to achieve her goals and objectives and perform her duties strictly within the framework of Shariah. While she learns Qur’an and Hadith she also has to obtain the worldly knowledge to give her child a better perspective and understanding. Today the problem of Muslim women is not those projected by media and leaders but the need to change her perspective and mind-set. Which has been corrupted due to centuries of un-Islamic coercion and fear.

As per a Hadith Rasulullah (S) said that in every generation some righteous people will be born who will rectify the views of those who transgress, exaggerate or foolishly misinterpret and deviate from the right path. He also said that at the turn of every century, Allah SWT will send people who would rejuvenate the “Deen”.
