law or jurisdiction

PreliminaryCriminal this part of the Islamic Shariah jinayah applicable, since the coming of Muhammad. Therefore, in the days and Rosululah the first four caliphs, Islamic law is criminal public law. The law, implemented and regulated by the government as the legitimate sovereign or Ulil Amri.
Criminal Law by the Islamic Sharia is an integral part of the life of every Muslim, where he is. Islamic Sharia is the law that must be implemented by all Muslims, because the Sharia of Islam is part of the worship of Allah SWTBut are, in fact there are many Muslims who do not know and understand what and how the criminal law of Islam, and how to judge the law and be applied to everyday life. Be on the occasion, the speakers try to explain what he jinayah fiqh, or Islamic law, and in some aspects jinayah it.II.Permasalahana.Apa understanding of fiqh? Only b.Apa jinayah pillars or elements? C. Bagaimana classification of crimes in Islamic criminal law (fiqh jinayah)? III.PembahasanA. Definition of the law jinayahFiqh jinayah of two words, namely the law and jinayah. Understanding the understanding of the language of the law of the faqih words that comprise means. Although the term imposed in accordance with Abdul Wahab Khallaf are as follows ???? ? ????? ???????? ??????? ??????? ??????? ? ?????? ????????. ? ? ?????? ??????? ??????? ??????? ????????? ? ?????? ???????.” Fiqh is the science of the laws of personality “almost made the detailed arguments or set of laws of the jurisdiction that personality.” Arguments practices detailed in “The jinayah 0.1 is derived by the language:?? ????? ?????? ?????????.” The name of someone who does what is wrong and try. ” JAMA Jinayat word “word jinayah. Jinayah is the root of the word (Masdar) mashdar JAMA and not as the word,” except when it is on providing a variety of meanings, intent and meaning accidental tersalah.2 tersalahBasically jinayah the word refers directed to the results of its actions are to be used prohibited. fuqoha Word On ‘jinayah means the act which is prohibited by the personality, “as Abdul Qadir Audah presented as follows ??????? ? ????.???? ?????? ????.” Jinayah is a term for the act prohibits “personality, if these policies on the lives, property and other” 0.3 jinayah In this context, the same direction jarimah such as Imam Al Mawardi, which is called : ?????? ?????? ??????? ??????? ???????.” Jarimah peruatan is prohibited actions of the “personality who was threatened with punishment from God or is ta’zir. “So we can conclude that the understanding of the science of fiqh jinayah legal” issues relating to prohibited acts (jarimah) and the Act, the detailed arguments.Keep in mind, from the understanding of fiqh jinayah premium with the notion of criminal law by the law. Musthofa Abdullah Ahmad SH SH and Ruben argues that criminal law is the law for the offense of criminal sanctions. Or in other words, a set of rules for criminals and hukumanya problem.B. jinayahJinayah element columns or sense referring to acts that are prohibited by the personality “and threatened with or ta’zir already indicated that the prohibitions of acts, including category jinayah the provisions of (the texts ) is derived from personality. “This means that human action can be categorized as jinayah if such actions are derived from the limitations of” personality, so the only restrictions for people who are reasonable punishable.Because were discussed. Only healthy people can call Beracah (Khitab) and people who are capable of loading (taklif) is.From personality “to come to understand the explanation above, one can conclude that the action may be jinayah classified if such measures, which are the elements or pillars as follows: 1.) texts that certain actions, the threat of sanctions for acts of the above is prohibited with this item with the word “formal elements” known (al al RUKN Seres’ i) 2) The elements that make jinayah acts, whether in the form of acts that are prohibited or required to leave perbuatann. This element is the “hardware” term (Al Madi al RUKN) 0.3) The thief is a known person who can understand or accept Khitab taklif, which means that the authors had been a mukallaf, so they can be prosecuted for their crimes. This element is replaced by the term “mental element” (Al Adab al RUKN) 4C known. Classification of Crime Criminal Islam (Fiqh jinayah) The concept is very berkiatan jinayah closely with the problem of “don’ts” for every action, which is summarized in the concept of jinayah, acts prohibited by the personality. ” This prohibition stems threatening, because the joints perbatan measures of community life. Therefore, it is possible for the ban, then the existence and survival of a society can be maintained and preserved. In accordance with the provisions of the law, the prohibition on making or not to do or something not quite be in “good faith”, but must be accompanied by sanctions (punishment), which has threatened to have committed the crime. Therefore, the Shariah of Islam certain acts as evil and threatening her with a certain penalty in order to protect the collective interests and the system on which stood a large building society. There klasifikais put several of the largest and most Islamic jurists discussed in terms of crime, namely: hudud 1) The crime is a punishable crime if the penalty for God.There fees are prescribed five types of crime – penalty (hadd) some syar’i, namely: a . Kejahatan qadzfe.Kejahatan honor of the above is a violation by the Food and beverages are prohibited personality. “Only in the Shari’ah criminal offense (a) of the crime and for wine (alcohol only) 0.5 In line with the above mentioned types of crime after Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim Ibn Jubayr, belonging to seven hudud riddah Crime (apostates), al Baghy (uprising), adultery, qadzf (false accusation), sariqoh (theft), hirabah (theft) and wine bush al (wine consumption) .2) Kish crime. Qisas falls an intermediate position between the crime and ta’zir hudud in terms of severity. To criminalize the Foundation and its legal determination on the consensus (consensus) in relation to the rights of Muslim countries and punish all acts unreasonably base, which caused the fiisk loss / damage, social, political, financial or moral for the individual or company whole.6IV.Kesimpulan1.Fiqih jinayah Personality is the science of law “to the problem of illegal acts (jarimah) and its laws, or taken from the arguments.2.Rukun Detailed jinayah there are three elements, namely: a) Al Rukn al syar’ib) Al Rukn al Madic) Al Rukn al adabi3.Klasifikasi crimes in Islamic criminal law (fiqh jinayah) includes: Crimes) hududb) Crime Qisasc) ta’zirV ConclusionSimilarly crimes, descriptions of documents are the authors. if there are errors both in writing and exposure, we are very good. perfection belongs to God and men, the faults should not forget the criticisms and suggestions are always our hope for the perfection of our papers.
It is time to dispel common myths and misconceptions about this religion is important and see what the Bible says about Islam and the future of the world!
it since the time of the Crusades, said that religion played an important role in world politics.
From Morocco to Indonesia, Islam as a political force and religious resurgence can not be ignored. Muslims are strongly their conviction -. Culturally, spiritually and politically

“Chef of God in the West,” said one observer: “/”, but it is very much alive in the Middle East! ” p <> West Confused / p> Few topics have created as much misunderstanding in the West than Islam. Most Westerners do not begin to even the most basic doctrines of faith, important to understand. You see it especially in terms of ignorance and ill-informed impressions.
However, the arc a few topics as important to the important during the last quarter of the 20th century to understand!
The Muslims are well aware, as shown by Western cartoonists them how Hollywood portrays it, write about them in the West. Exaggerated and misleading stereotype of the coat, hook-nosed camel is known – and widely foul -. Throughout the Middle East

Events in the Muslim world are too often interpreted through the eyes of the West. Western observers often point to impose their own preconceived ideas about events and interpret them according to Western standards. You see the Islamic faith from the perspective of their own limited Western, especially Judeo-Christian experience.
Here is the root of the gross misunderstanding of the West in the Muslim world.
 “Camera Setting” good

In order to understand the Muslim world, it is necessary to dress in Muslim clothing for Muslim thought in terms that the Muslim world through the eyes to see. In this perspective, we can start a deeper understanding in Islam and its role in world affairs today.
acquire a century ago, when Britain was annoying problems in Egypt and Sudan, rings, he thinks the Prime Minister Gladstone the Quran, to study the holy book of the Islam. Only then, he said he could really come to the people and the faith in which he argued.
Despite the mixed results of its policy in the Middle East was white, Gladstone had, in principle at least, understood the importance of considering the Islamic world in the right perspective, the real “camera setting.”
It is also time to understand what the Bible says now about the Muslim faith and the importance of events in the Islamic world just before and during the turbulent years!
 popular religion

Understand, first, the importance of Islam as a modern world to apply. Islam is a global faith. Almost one in five people in the world today some 800 million people in over 75 countries – is a Muslim. It is a large block, and one with great potential power.
Islam is also one of the most popular religions in the world, perhaps the fastest growing belief around the world. In Africa south of Sahara, Islam is said to be 10 times that many converts traditional Christianity!
It is also important to understand that all Arabs, Muslims (about 10 percent are Christians) are not all Muslims are Arabs. Introduced

among the Arabs in the seventh century, Islam spread rapidly throughout the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia. Several million non-Arabs were received into the fold of Islam. In a century, Islam controlled a great empire than Rome or Alexander the Great.
submission to Allah

Islam means many things to many Muslims. The word Islam literally means “submission to Allah.” A Muslim is “one who submits.” Muslims have different ideas about their faith according to their social background, education, political and cultural.
Like other religions, Islam has become fragmented over the centuries by theological quarrels and disputes. Today, Islam into two branches, Sunni and Shiite groups is divided. These two branches grew out of a major split over the question of who should lead, after the death of the Prophet Muhammad, founder of the religion, to succeed in the year 632

dominant Sunni -. Accounted for nearly 90 percent of all Muslims – is divided into four “schools” of interpretation shared. In contrast, 10 percent of all Muslims, the Shiites are – especially in Iran, Iraq, Yemen and Oman -. Tens of cults, sects and sub-branches, some of whom are Sunni Muslims as heretical divided

Research secular Islamic unity is a distant dream, mainly due to a lack of effective leadership . Disunity and fragmentation, the general rule within the Islamic Ummah, or community. It is therefore difficult to generalize about Islam as if it were a single coherent block.
Despite all the basic Muslim beliefs and visions of the world. First is the credo of a sentence, called the shahada “. There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger” a solemn recitation of this confession of faith (only eight words in Arabic) is the only prerequisite for a Muslim

After the Muslim faith, the archangel Gabriel -. – increased first taught by Mohammed in 610 AD, and with it the wisdom of the Koran. Initially, Muhammad was afraid he was becoming was crazy or possessed by an evil spirit. But he was soon convinced that her vocation was truly of God.
 Muslim holy book

Muslims consider the 114 suras or chapters of the Quran are as the literal word of God and supersedes all previous revelations (including the Bible) and the correction of the alleged “error” that had crept into Christianity and Judaism. The length of the Koran is a little shorter than the New Testament.
Mohammed claims that Jews and Christians worship Allah was all the time, but under a different name. The Koran recognizes Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and other biblical figures as a true prophet through whom God spoke. Muhammad lineage of Abraham through the patriarchs Kedar little son, the son of Ishmael (Genesis 25:13).
persecuted Muslims, however, regard Muhammad as the greatest and last (or “seal”) of the Prophet. Muslims deny the divinity of Jesus and his crucifixion and resurrection.. “They do blaspheme who say:” God is Christ, the son of Mary, “” The Koran says

Despite the high position they attribute to Mohammed or Muslims do worship him as a divine being you. tripping over the word “Mohammedan” feel that this term implies that they worship Muhammad.
In addition to the Koran, urging Most Muslims also the Sunnah (traditions of what Muhammad did) and the Hadith (the traditions of what he said)

to other religions Islam is organized loosely There is no formal hierarchy of the institutional authority -.. no Muslim pope and cardinals – a head office, as the Vatican, the ulema., mullahs or ayatollahs mujtahid, as Islamic scholars and teachers are variously called, are the closest thing the Muslims have a religious clergy.
 Way of Life

In the world seen through Muslim eyes, it is necessary understand that the vast majority of Muslims, Islam is a way of life

-. Many Westerners to whom religion means only participate in the worship service for one or two hours Sunday – may simply not understand the ubiquitous nature of the Islamic faith in the lives of his followers, most Westerners have long faced the challenge of living profess their faith abandoned
Islam is central to all aspects of Muslim life .. . It is far from a sure-to-go Friday Mosque of religion. The average Muslim is the Koran seriously. He is eager to obey his commandments. Islamic thought and action leads to a degree almost parallel to the West. Religion and life are inseparable.
Western visitors Islamic countries often make the mistake of assuming there are as many upper-class Muslims in European languages, they dress as West and may have been educated in the West they have accepted Western attitudes toward religion.

is not so.

The vast majority of Muslims of all classes and stations follow the precepts of care of their faith. They pray to the Holy City of Mecca five times a day. On Friday, Muslims abstain from watching a special day of public prayer in the mosque.
Throughout the holy month of Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic year, Muslims of the food and drink from dawn (“as soon as possible to a white thread from a black”) can be seen at dusk.

Muslims are likely to cite even a Hajj or holy pilgrimage to Mecca at least once in their lifetime, if financially and physically able. alms for the poor, the elderly and orphans also an obligation for Muslims. An annual tax 2.5 percent Zakat is levied on a total balance sheet.
In addition to these important guidelines, the Qur’an prohibits the consumption of pork, drinking alcohol and gambling. In liberal Muslim circles, but these Special observances, sometimes relaxed.
But Islam is more than a set of prescribed ritual customs. The Qur’an contains detailed information secular and religious laws. It establishes standards for a variety of personal, social, economic and political and civil and criminal law. This makes it almost impossible to confine Islam to spiritual things alone.
In the Islamic world, the separation of church and state, is unknown. Since its inception , Islam the state religion. There is no distinction between “God and Caesar,” as written by Jesus in Matthew 22:21.
Of course, the Islamic revolutionary government in Iran is very different from the government in Saudi Arabia. This in turn is different from Egypt or Pakistan and Libya. Muslim governments, ranging from semi-feudal monarchy, parliamentary democracy

But regardless of these differences, there is no problem between Muslims, religion and government are inseparable if -. -.

Speaking of a “secular Muslim country” is generally considered a contradiction in terms. The ultimate failure of the Shah’s attempt to create a Western-style government in Iran, minimizing the role of the mullahs, some of these deep Muslim view of the need for church and state because of the Union.
Muslims see the government is an important means to achieve good in this world. Much more than among professing Christians, whose hope is often first in a “next life” Muslims are the monumental task of taking the story in his hands and do what it should be.
The specific implementation of the Good, Muslims believe is possible in this world. They usually do not see this life as a trial, charged with the trials and tribulations that pass through which believers are struggling to attain salvation in the “survival”. On the contrary, the Koran, a social and legal order of happiness, prosperity and welfare, here and now.
This is not to say that Muslims are not in a life after death than to believe. punishment in hell or reward in paradise is vividly described in the Koran.
One of the most publicized aspects of Muslim life is the strict code of the Koran justice, in force in a growing number of Muslim countries.
<P Shariah. Koran or canon law, was sentenced in the West as cruel and barbaric. The severity of the shock most Westerners Koranic punishments. for common theft, the punishment he lost his hand. for sex before marriage, 100 lashes in public. for false accusation, eyelashes 80th
Most Muslims, however, little affected by the objections of the West. The Koran sanctioned sharia. and that’s enough. In addition, Muslims every day to read about the crime rate increasing in Western society permissive. “How can crime-ridden West criticize us?” they ask. Muslim countries have crime rates significantly lower than most Western countries.
The eye for an eye Islamic Sharia, but also note, is not very different from that given to civil and criminal laws of the Old Testament God of ancient Israel (see Exodus 21 – 23). Muslims have also pointed out that in their countries, unlike the “decadent” West, the gravity of the sin of stilts recognized and treated appropriately.
Another point to be recognized. How many people in the West, many Muslims around the trials and executions, took place in Iran under Khomeini were horrified. They point out that the trial and executions, not a true reflection of Islam, but political unrest in that country connected

Muslims also observe that the hostage-taking -. Especially diplomatic – is clearly prohibited by Islamic tradition, “I do not break contracts, even though I am a prisoner of ambassadors,” Many Muslims saw Muhammad was once the actions of the Khomeini regime in this regard as an embarrassment and humiliation. of Islam in the world.
are really strict limits on the Koran in the power of Muslim religious courts. Defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty. In addition, the standards of proof are so demanding that the penalties can be carried away in the West rarely appeared in the case of adultery -. punishable by death in some Muslim countries – four eye witnesses for a conviction is required

Another issue in the West are often asked if Islam successfully in a modern technological society be suitable ..
This question is almost always non-Muslims. Muslims do not see Islam as a barrier, who believe that modern life. you know that Islam is suitable for all ages and cultures. Muslims are often really surprised that this issue should also be consulted.
Let us look at this issue through the eyes of Muslims. No reading of the Qur’an could never the idea that Islam is a reactionary primitive society or customized just desert. and development changes are not contrary to the spirit of Islam. Indeed, the pursuit of knowledge and opportunity to solid progress in the Koran.
So why the controversy over whether Islam is to keep pace with modern times?
Click underlined <a target = "_new" rel = "nofollow" for the rest of the article.

Two million Muslims in Britain face an ethical dilemma if they want a mortgage or loan. Mortgages and loans require the payment of interest and “riba” as interest is called under Islamic law, is prohibited by the Koran.
British financial institutions are increasingly catering for the needs of Muslim scholars through a number of alternative arrangements that respects the teachings of the Koran. Here are just two of them:

Ijara with diminishing Musharaka – the mortgage alternative

Ijara with diminishing Musharaka is an Islamic alternative to a conventional UK mortgage market and was adopted by the British many years. Banks and building societies.
In essence, Musharaka means partnership. Under the concept of Islamic finance, the bank buys the house and its owner is legally. Then, in the pre-agreement, say 25, is a monthly payment. Each monthly payment includes a charge for the rental and a charge that buys a small part of the house itself. It is in the form of a joint plan with the variable part of the equity of the house will be heard by the buyers is steadily increasing as payments are made. Once the final payment is made, the house is freehold. Ijara

Here you can tell the bank or financial institution, what you want, for example, a car, buy it and the. In exchange for a monthly payment that the cost of capital of the bank, the bank covers so you can use to make the asset for an agreed period. In reality it is a form of leasing

Islamic finance is not widely available in the UK – where they can find? Here are three suggestions: introduced

In recent years, the Lloyds TSB Islamic products to 33 of its stores. His spokesman said: .. “It is important to look for our customers that we are on the correct procedures, we have a group of four Islamic scholars who over-see the products you offer a guide on Islamic law and verification of products”. ” / P> <P Another high street bank, HSBC, is developing a special range of Islamic products under the Amanah brand. This range includes home finance plans, insurance, trade finance, and various current accounts and pensions. Hussam Sultan, the Amanah product manager says: "As a bank, we are not here to moralize or tell our customers that Amanah Finance fell to the path of Allah, we are just here for their provide a choice.. "

<p The Islamic Bank of Britain has three branches in London, two in Birmingham and one each in Leicester and Manchester. They are the only British bank specifically providing for Muslim customers and claim to its operations in halal. All financial products are approved by their Shariah Supervisory -. All Muslim scholars who are experts in all aspects of Islamic finance

For your interest, we show below are definitions of some words often used in conjunction with the Islamic finance

Misogyny

with racism and domination, is an important pillar of Islamic culture and Arabic. Women are, to cite to Islamic law, “lower than pigs and cattle.” By giving them a higher status than Jews and blacks. Nearly 50% of Arab women are illiterate. About 40% of Women in Muslim countries are illiterate. Forcing women into bed sheets and the destruction of the individuality of women’s clothing, but it is evidence of something much darker, more evil and psychopathic in Arab countries and Islamic “culture.” Women are hated. Can
The roots of the Arab misogyny back to Muhammad. A supporter of feminism, it was not. Mohammed took over the old Arab practice of male domination, add in some of his own virulently anti-female orders and designate them as Ali or sect Arab ilah Moon, “laws”. It was crazy in the belief that women were an inferior race, to support people as sex toys and ultimately used and cost too simple-minded producers of men, the Fascist Jihad is the cause of the spread of the Moon sect is fighting to be called a nonsense message embedded in the Koran. He was and is to empower the Arab-Islamic position, educate not need, or free women.
In the Arab and Muslim culture, women are simply not accepted as equivalent. They are a “shame” family. Many baby girls are murdered – infanticide – throughout the Muslim world because of this cultural obsession in the production of males only. This is especially true when a mother for the birth of girls. At some point, the grandmother and a male will kill just “fake” baby girl. The culture of “shame” of women dominated the surrounding Muslim life and Islam. The Muslim society is built in part to the construction of misogyny and a general hatred for women. A fact that even the United Nations – not the most intelligent or rational – was reluctantly forced to admit when they make up their study of the conditions of heaviness in the Arab world . Even the UN acknowledges that the female is an endangered species in the Arab and Muslim world.
The majority of Arab hostility to women before the time of Muhammad and the Rise seventh century of the Meccan moon sect . But Islam is the founder certainly broadened and deepened the hatred of Arab women in a normal social and societal rights. Women were much better Muhammad in the Arabian Peninsula. With Mohammed and Islam came to paganism and the erection fundamentalists as it were, male domination invulnerable.
A list of the practices of Muhammad, supported in the Koran, rooted in Islamic law, and practiced in the Muslim world:

Polygamy: Mad Mohammed had at least nine women. There is no better example of treating women like meat, as when several women – a situation designed to appease the sexual pleasure of a male superior. Women are not given the same liberality their sexual energies to breastfeed.
ease of divorce a man can divorce a woman -. without penalty – just saying “I ‘three times, the Koran, sharia, which began with Mohammed A female has not a right. man to divorce under Islamic law, unless the man is guilty of something outrageous and removed the divorce. When a man is a divorce women, they are “ashamed” and is a social outsider, often rejected by their own families.
Genital Mutilation. Mad Mohammed decreed that the genitals of the woman “unclean” and are cut in order to please Allah and to save her “virginity” is probably a pre-Mohammed was insane practice in the Arab culture. Anyway, it was the barbarism of the law. genital mutilation is just a practice of torture, the man and woman rules the sexual pleasure of man is more important than it is to remember. Once mutilated female orgasm can not reach and in most cases are not even enjoy sex. This barbarism is still widely practiced today in most Islamic states [with the exception of countries like Morocco]. girls 7 or 8 years have their lips cut off, usually with glass .. go to about 5,000 a day through this ordeal Many die
Sex-trade. Even in western cities such as Montreal with large Arab populations, girls aged 14, the slave wealthy older men for sex to be sometimes. is a marriage is arranged to cover the sex industry. Usually, after a few months when the old man’s daughter is tired, it was used for meat sold to another buyer. Nobody knows how many girls are slaves are exchanged in such a way, but in the world, the numbers were in the tens of thousands of courses, Mohammed and his friends were part of the practice after the conquest, for example Some villages Jews murdered men and women sold as sex security -.. or a sex toy .. by the victorious Muslims, including the “prophet” Mohammed himself regularly bought and sold slaves female sexual
Fact clothing. not explain the Quran explicitly states that the sheets have to wear in public that demanded Mohammed, was that the female breast must be covered. But the ethos in Arab culture is that women are bad. Most references to demons and devils in Arabic script reference to the female. In this way, the woman down, locked, and fully reduced by the controlled equipment. The injunction of Muhammad, that women cover themselves mutate very quickly, thanks to growing Arab hostility toward women, a tradition that is now a law that women, their bodies do informally. Therefore, the bedding, the female form and covers her curves. It irrevocably castrated women’s independence and individuality.
It also marked the woman as a piece of property, a man in possession of non-entity. By the power of women as least one person President Arab male cult effective humanized, the woman once she is no longer a human right, it is easy to beat, abuse, kill and even
Abuse: .. usual at the time of Muhammad, the discipline to hit the practice, women were. Sura in the Koran describes four well hit a woman [not leave visible bruises and ugly]. Because the woman is uneducated, and dehumanized as sexual meat, it is clear that the beating of such a “creature” is a man of God-given “right” Arab cultural demonization of women as the personification of evil makes corporal punishment more fair
Education: .. The UN estimates that more than 40% of Arab women are illiterate and nearly 50% of all Muslim women suffer from a lack of education. For Mohammed and his disciples education was not a priority. In fact, he was not discouraged. Muhammad himself was illiterate. The most important thing was to follow to submit, obey Allah and especially women would be forced to crawl to submit, obey, and crawl in front of their husbands -.. the earthly incarnations of the glory of God and the purity of uneducated women are easier to control and much more in silent submission to the race and more able to demand of their husbands. meet
honor killings. Arab or Muslim girls, the family “law” or the Koran “law” can obey will be killed, the blood of the daughters of the water the earth, scratching of the family “shame” the Arab cult of death is natural. built around the blood. Some of the blood sacrifice of Islamic culture should be cleaned, which will become impure. When a Muslim girl is taken to do something contrary to Islamic law and Quranic, the only way to make the family inside his. to sacrifice and water the earth with their blood, the UN estimates that about 10,000 girls are killed in honor of the Middle East every year, that number is probably a factor of 10 too low
Murder .. A Muslim woman can for breach of trust or dishonor to her husband to be the most heinous crimes, which also killed: look at another man in the eye, meeting with another man responsible for the [reason], so in public without a family member male chaperone, not dressed in linen clothing when leaving the house with their own financial accounts or repeatedly disobeyed orders of the man. These “crimes” are Koranic law. Most Islamic states have morality police, in search of female criminality against the rule of men. phone records using the Internet and bank accounts in countries such as Iran, is monitored. When we took humiliating “her husband, a woman under Islamic law, will be severely punished and could even be stoned to death.
One of the reasons that Islam is a failure, the treatment of women. Arab-Muslim hierarchy of male dominance and male supremacy means that half of the total population of just over a collection of slaves and wicked. Beating, cutting, rape, murder – ‘. Less than a pig or a cow “these are only the expression of the Arab-Muslim barbarism, even products of a barbaric pre-modern culture, one in which the female is available
Yet for many in the West, Islam as a “religion” – as something quiet and spiritual. Ignorance of Islam by avoiding treatment of women is almost as monstrous and degradation everyday for 1400 years of Arab Muslim imperialism perpetrated by the followers of Muhammad from Mecca sect moon crazy. Islam is barbarism manifested most clearly in his treatment of the female to be seen.

OKLAHOMA CITY – A Muslim of Oklahoma filed a complaint in federal jordan shoes on Thursday to a constitutional state amendment by an overwhelming majority of voters that would prohibit state courts in light of international law or Islamic law in deciding cases to block approval. The measure, which was 70 percent of the vote in Tuesday’s election, was one of many on the ballot in Oklahoma, which critics said was trying to make the Conservatives and the government go further to the right .
The lawsuit, filed in District Court U. S. Oklahoma City seeks a Air Jordan Retro temporary order recycling and command, the election results certified by the power of the State Election Commission on November 9. Among other things, raises the claim to the extent of the Oklahoma Constitution to vote in “a permanent condemnation” of Islam by isolating special restrictions imposed by blocking the Islamic law known as Sharia.
“We have a handful of politicians who have advocated a change in our bulletin of State and then took a campaign well planned and well-financed disinformation and fear,” said Munir Awad, who filed the complaint and is Chairman of the Council on American-Islamic Relations in Oklahoma. “We have certain inalienable rights, and these rights are not taken from me by a political campaign.” Approximately 20,000 to 30,000 Muslims live in Oklahoma, said Awad. Legal experts have also challenged the measure.
Joseph Thai, a professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, said the measure vote is “an answer looking for a problem.” He said he knows of no other state that approved similar measures. “There is no credible threat to go beyond the law, or Sharia legal system,” Thai said in an e-mail to The Associated Press. He said, the courts consider international law when deciding issues in connection with a federal contract, a contract of enterprise or of a will, that international law contains. Thai said the ballot measure “raises thorny church-state issues as well” and could even influence the ability of a state judge to keep the Ten Commandments.
“The Ten Commandments, of course, is international law. It did not originate in Oklahoma or the United States,” said Thai. The measure will take effect January 1 go. Its author, Rep. Rex Duncan, R-Sand Springs, said it was not intended to attack the Muslims, but activist judges to rely on international law and Islamic law to prevent, if the decision on the legal cases. “Represents the threat of activist judges, is clear,” said Duncan.
“He should not what is the law in France or another European country.” Duncan described the measure as a “preemptive strike” in Oklahoma, where he says activist judges not an imminent problem. But some judges elsewhere, including the U. S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, believe that the courts should turn to the right of other countries for advice, though some cases the decision, he said. Ginsburg told a meeting of international lawyers in Washington in July that U.S. judges can learn from their foreign counterparts when examined after possible solutions, “trying questions.”
“The only people who are victims of these are activist judges, “said Duncan, who created in 2007 rejected the Quran as a gift by a Board of Governor Brad Henry, explaining that” most of Oklahoma, not, however, support the idea of killing women and innocent children in the name of ideology. ” A resident of Oklahoma said he was on Tuesday, because chaos can occur if judges were allowed to be claimed on international laws and religious in their courts. “Any private organization could come and say the judge according to our rules and regulations of the rule and cancel state laws,” said Oklahoma City attorney Jerry Fent.

Is it an Islamic state and Muslims? Take a good look. Do not you fear God? Do you have all the commandments of God? Justice is an essential and integral part of any company, especially a Muslim. But in Pakistan there is no justice, there are a lot of lawlessness and corruption in society. Our banking system is on the charging of interest. But still, the Koran says that each interest expense or feeds are the enemies of Islam. However, this does not prevent us, against the will of God. The Koran says that everyone accepts, or to be thrown a bribe to hell. This does not prevent the majority of Pakistanis. Corruption is an integral part of our society and yet we are an Islamic country. There are factories of alcohol in the country and yet we are an Islamic country. The last thing I read was that the production or consumption of alcohol is a sin. But consume in Pakistan, a group of men and women, young people and adults alcohol. The question is what kind of Islam, we are pursuing.

The Qur’an emphasizes the education of every man and woman, but hey, there are 40 million children 5-19 are not registered. There are many men feel that the hard head, that women should be educated. What kind of Muslims do not follow the commandments of God as mentioned in the Quran?
In the Qur’an, the emphasis on responsibility and punishment of men and women who commit crimes and evil found. But to most of our politicians, bureaucrats and leaders seem to be without any ethics and morals. They looted the treasury and established severe damage to the fortunes of the people and the country. But would consider punishing instead of these men and accountability, these men still in power. My question is whether we are an Islamic nation, why do we need infidels and hypocrites in power corrupt? If these men and women remain in power, the nation can cease to exist.

Many men and women who testify in key positions in the corridors of power, often in the name of God and the Holy Koran, which is to serve the nation. However, once they elected or appointed to a 360-degree flip and work on everything that is not legal to do.

We are a nation where people find it very convenient for the murder of women under the pretext of honor. Is this Islamic? The concept of Karo Kiri is anti-Islamic and yet men and families who take it upon themselves to kill the men and women who dared to marry against the will of their own families. Koran verses indicate whip adulterers, nothing has been said about the cold-blooded murder. Therefore Karo Kiri and murder in the name of honor are all non-Islamic, and yet these practices are allowed in our society.

I find this hard to swallow that the young women and the poor who are raped by men influence can not find justice in this so-called Islamic society. The question is why. Wealthy and influential men guilty of misconduct are protected by law. This is not the law of Islam or Muslims. The poor and the rich should be treated fairly under the law and yet it is called in our legal system.

The Koran speaks against the mixing of men and women. Dating is a concept that goes against Islam. However, it is widespread in our society as if it were a part of Islamic culture. It is the first step in promoting adultery in our society. Adultery opens the door to other sins. And yet people still minimal this area.

It is a crime that many video stores in Pakistan that sell X-rated movies to the public, regardless of age or gender. These films are a poison that destroys the moral fabric of society on the verge of collapse. However, pornographic sites on the Internet for men and women who are not visited as a teenager. This should be seen and yet it is not.
There are over 200,000 prostitutes in the country. Men, young and old frequent brothels to satisfy their lust. The pimps and their bats are protected by the police turn to bribes. The men in the corridors of power are the customers of prostitution.
There are many social ills in our society that must be removed. And while it is the presence of men and women who practice magic and those who offer their services to kill someone, or a spell. These men and women have different modes and media to publicize their services. How men and women of Islamic countries should be sentenced to death, but are not. Why do we allow these men and women work in our societies?
Then there are palm readers and astrologers who provide services, the ship fools who use their services for future studies. He is a Hindu tradition, a place in Muslim society has found.

Apart from the case of followers to visit the shrines of saints. The law of prayer to God is good, but when men and women pray at the holy dead to pray for them God is Shirk or the act of linking partners with Allah. It is said that the only sin not forgiven by God be.
Many men and women often need of mental health, but often feel on men to close a line thin in the act of shirk the houses of the PIR, giving him the power of God is a human.

So many times there are men deeper into the black magic that masquerade as religious men and are frequented by blind and ignorant.

Apart from that, until we merchants and traders, food treasure from wheat and sugar to love a little money. It is a tradition among the producers of sugar, wheat and other essential goods. The accumulation of these products is a religion among the manufacturers. For money and benefits they are willing to lay aside their faith and commit a crime and sin.

It is important that the black market and hoarding of goods heavily punished and imprisoned.

The law is weak and not properly implemented by the parties. All too often, those interested in law enforcement either damaged or if they are honest, is that the thugs and villains often have contacts in the corridors of power. honest police officers and government often they have been transferred to another city or village. Many honest and efficient work of the police were suspended and dismissed because he too honest.

It is a country where we see that men and women can be bribed false witnesses to appear. For a certain sum of money, they are happy with the Koran and swear to false statements. Consequently, a large number of men and women wrongly convicted of crimes.

Seventy percent of the population of 160 million people in Pakistan live in abject misery and poverty. They live on less than $ 2 per day. Therefore have little access to health, hygiene, education and justice. Because of inflation and high unemployment, poor living has become miserable for the day. They have little access to adequate nutrition. And the sad thing is that no one seems concerned about his situation. Neighbors can be very aware of the suffering of our neighbor, but do nothing to help. Therefore, many poor families sell their children for money. Others commit suicide out of despair.

Five percent of the population owns all the wealth of society. The rich are getting richer by the day and the poor struggle to survive. Today want 40 million children aged 5-19 years not in school today. They can not afford an education. Are present, various forms of work are used to support their families.

The transformation of a company can earn through education or through the development of skills to make a decent living. The governments in Pakistan have bastions of corruption. After knowing the death of founding father Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Pakistan has taken hostage by the feudal lords, politicians, bureaucrats and technocrats who took part in the creation of personal fief by corruption. Many politicians of Pakistan have estimated false titles and important positions in government. What types of models? Muslims are certainly not in any way. They are hypocrites, liars and cheats.

Only a radical revolution can change the fate of this nation. As corruption is eliminated from the society in all its forms and faces, Pakistan can not grow or survive as a nation.

Islam is a revolution in education, social development in Arab countries, that many changes to eliminate discrimination and promote human rights on the basis of equality and justice has known. But unfortunately, there are now granted some traditional and cultural practices in different Muslim societies that deprive women of certain rights of Islam. This discrimination starts even before the birth of a child (eg abortion if the child is waiting for a girl) and continue along the parenting and beyond. Heritage education, freedom of choice and opinion research, the level of humility and tolerance are both based on the same type as the mother’s desire, a son of a respectable status in the family. In this article, important perspectives on Islamic-raising a little girl into a woman who is not currently in many Muslim societies due to lack of knowledge or lack of sincere intent.

IIWA (Iqra International Women’s Alliance) was launched with a view to give exposure to educated Muslim women to express their views and be a part of active Muslim society. As we all know half of the Muslim population is women who have tremendous potential to work for Ummah in social religious and educational fields. These potentials need direction and support by responsible people to break the shackles of economic strife.

There are many misconceptions and stereotypes in the society to demean Islam with particular reference to women. IIWA provides a platform for Muslim women to come forward, express their views and work positively for the Ummah strictly within the framework of Islamic shariah.

IIWA is a platform where Muslim women could join hands with sisters of other faith in carrying out social services so that we send a positive message to others, which alone would help us in D’awah work. IIWA also plans to organized seminars to educate Muslim women about duties imposed on them by Islam as also their rights in Shariah. .

Visit our Website

Remove Domestic Violence

As per National Family and Health Survey in India, both Muslims and Hindu women are subjected to domestic violence. Though this violence is 20% less in Muslims as compared to Hindu families yet it is matter of great concern for any Muslim particularly when Rasulullah (S) asked in his last sermon:

“O people! Fear Allah concerning women. Verily you have taken them on the security of Allah and have made their persons lawful unto you by words of Allah. Verily you have certain rights over your women and your women have certain rights over you”.

IIWA has plans to create a cell to sort out issues concerning women who are subjected to domestic violence. IIWA will first try to ensure that such acts do not recur but in extreme cases IIWA would help aggrieved women morally, legally and financially.

IIWA also plans to organized seminars to educate Muslim women about duties imposed on them by Islam as also their rights in Shariah.

IIWA will also cooperate and coordinate with other groups/ organizations who are doing this work. However, IIWA would mainly concentrate on problems of Muslim women under the laws of Shariah

IIWA would also involve Muslim advocates to ensure justice for Muslim women particularly when there is already an act in Indian law “Protection of Women from Domestic Violence” passed on 26th October 2006. .

Removing Stereotype & Misconceptions

There are number of misconceptions about Islam and Muslims particularly about Muslim women in the society. IIWA plans to deal with each one of them and present the correct picture logically and in a positive manner. Hijab, Divorce, alimony etc., are some such issues, which are grossly misrepresented by the media with a view to make Islamic law anti-women. IIWA will try to make others understand that a Muslim woman covers her head but not her wisdom. .

Remove Cultural Imbalance

Muslims in India and many other countries live in a pluralistic society. It’s obvious that some cultural habits and rituals have been adopted by Muslims particularly women. Most of us are not even aware of such rituals, which at times are found un-Islamic. It is therefore necessary that Muslims should shun such wrong practices and scrupulously adhere to the teachings of Islam IIWA will help identify such cultural imbalances from Muslim society and would educate women to adopt the correct way.

In this regard IIWA is working towards reforming Muslim culture and wants to bring about changes for both men and women. IIWA will help Muslim women to adopt Islamic practices and attire and face the challenges of the modern time by balancing worldly affairs with spiritual life. .

Generate Communal Harmony

When prophet Mohamed (S) established first Muslim state in Madinah, he announced the rights of non-Muslims too. He announced that every non-Muslim who lives peacefully his life, wealth, places of worship would remain fully protected by the state. They also shared equal opportunities and reap benefits in Islamic state.

There were strict instructions to the conquering Muslim army not to hurt them or defame their religious heads or touch their places of worship. In case of complaints from non-Muslims against the Muslims, investigations were carried our promptly and justice delivered without any delay.

Qur’an says:

Let there be no compulsion in religion. Truth stands out clear from Error”. (2:256))

“We know the best what they (non-believers) say; and you are not one to compel them by force. So admonish with the Qur’an such as fear My warnings” (50:45)

Ehsaas

Ehsaas… is an endeavour of the IIWA through which it intends to extend a helping hand to the destitute women & children in India who year for an adequate and affordable means of training and professional enhancement. The project is towards establishing an institute that would offer courses on professional enhancement in Fashion Designing, Textile Designing, Interior Designing, Cooking, Beauty Culture, Computer Skills, Journalism, Photography, Handicrafts, Candle Making and Soft Toys Making etc.

The project entails building a base in Northern India in Delhi’s suburb where the first institution will be established. The plan has a comprehensive approach wherein the base will be an all encompassing set up with a training base including practical, theory & computer aided training methodology; A manufacturing unit where orders bagged by trained professionals will be manufactured; A warehouse where logistics will be maintained; An office where corporate relations and administrative procedures will be carried out and a showroom for visiting guests. It will be a multistory building in a 1000 sq. yards area with an exclusive floor attributed to each division.

The institute will offer training programs through trained professionals and will be subject to a nominal course fees. However, the deserving and needy candidates will be considered in given circumstances.

Through this institute IIWA intends to spread Islamic Education also among the women who are the inceptors of generations and who if educated can at least pay off an inheritance of education to the progeny. This however, will be achieved by the inclusion of Islamic Education as a compulsory subject for the Muslim Women & Children.

IIWA believes in a truly peaceful society in which people cooperate and coordinate with each other irrespective of their religion and belief. In order to enhance communal harmony what is required understands the teachings of all religion for which inter faith dialogues are necessary. Let us present to the world what Islam teachers and what prophet Mohamed (S) professed. At the same time let us hear what other religions stand for and what they teach the humankind.

IIWA is arranging inter faith dialogues between various communities for the sole purpose of creating mutual understanding and trust between them and to remove stereotypes and misunderstandings created deliberately against a particular religion and faith. .

Understanding Women Hijab, Abaya for woman and other Islamic and Muslim Clothing

Muslims follow the religion of Islam. As part of their religion they believe Allah to be their Creator, God and sustainer. Allah revealed the Quran (Islamic religion’s holy and noble book) and in it Allah has provided the commandments to all human beings to believe in only one creator (Allah), provided the guidance to live ones life, the concept of life and death, punishment and rewards after death in the next life, and many other such commandments.

Since the creation of the heavens and the earth, Allah has revealed his message to prophets and messengers. Some of the prophets included Jesus (son of Mary), Jacob, Joseph and Muhammad. Allah revealed his message on his prophets and messengers in the form of scriptures and holy books. These books include Bible, Torah and the Quran. Overtime, Allah’s message was changed by the people for various reasons. Allah sent Muhammad (saws) as the last prophet and revealed his last book, the Quran (also referred to as Koran) on Muhammad. The Quran has remained unchanged since its revelation more than 1500 years ago as Allah has promised that it would be free from any human changes until the day of judgment.

The foundations regarding Islamic Clothing are mentioned in the Quran and through Prophet Muhammad’s (saws) teachings and practices. The primary purpose of Islamic Clothing is to cover a man and a woman’s body as prescribed by Islamic law. This article briefly delineates the various forms of Islamic Clothing worn by Muslims across the world.

The common Islamic teachings require women to cover all their bodies with the exception of the front part of the face and hands (from the wrist area to the fingers). All other areas are required to be covered.

Understanding the concept of “Islamic Clothing” also requires an understanding of the term mahram and non-mahram. Although Muslim men and women are required to dress modestly at all times, a Muslim women is usually not subject to the same Islamic teachings in front of mahram men. Mahram men include husbands, brothers, fathers, fathers-in-law, sons and certain other close relationships. Everyone else not permitted in Islamic religion fall under the category of non-mahram.

Abaya

Abaya are robes like dresses that Muslim women wear on top of regular clothing. The primary purpose of wearing an abaya is to completely cover oneself so as not to expose any bodily attributes or beauty as Islam instructs women to guard their beauty from all men except those who are specifically allowed.

Head abaya – Certain religious interpretations require a women to dress in clothing that should not expose any body formations whatsoever. In such cases, Muslim women wear abaya dresses that rest on top of their heads and extend below the ankles. This ensures that a women’s body formations stay hidden from men who are not lawful to a woman.

Black abaya – Black abaya are more commonly worn in black in most middle eastern countries, especially those in the Guf region. These countries include Saudi-Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and other neighboring countries.

White abaya – These abayas are populary worn in Far Eastern muslim countries.

Colored abaya – As abaya are popularly worn among Muslim women, abaya designers have created new abaya fashions and have designed embroidered and colored abaya. These abaya are popularly worn in Jordan, western countries and are also now being worn in Middle Eastern countries.

Abaya dresses come in many types of fabrics. However, Rayon/Polyester material is the most common fabric used in their manufacture.

Other fabrics used include cotton, chiffone and georgette.

Jilbab

The word Jilbab refers to “something that covers”. Jilbab are often used synonymously with Abayas. However, new clothing trends set Jilbab apart from Abaya dresses. Jilbabs are more fashionable and western looking long coat like dresses that cover the body. Most women wear Jilbab over regular clothing.

Scarves / Shawls

Scarves and Shalwls are worn as Hijab to cover the head fully, the neck and the upper chest areas of the body. Scarves and shawls worn for this purpose usually have larger dimensions to provide coverage of the mentioned areas. As scarves and shawls are worn by non-Muslim women as well, Muslim women find larger selection of designs and colors and therefore use them as Hijab.

Niqab

Niqab is a garment that enables Muslim women to cover their faces from non-mahram men. Niqab is widely used by Muslim women who believe in the Islamic teachings of covering ones face also (besides the head and hair)from non-mahram men. Figure 5 illustrates Niqab.

Long Skirts

As Muslim women are required to cover themselves from top to toe, long skirts are popular among Muslim women. These popular skirts extend all the way upto the ankles to provide full coverage of the legs.

Long skirts are commonly found in western markets and therefore are less challenging to find and wear for Muslim women.

Long Blouses

As mentioned earlier, one of the primary requirements of dressing up in front of non-mahram men is that Muslim women dress modestly and not reveal their bodies in the nude or by wearing tight clothing that reveals body shapes and contours. As wearing trousers sometimes makes it challenging to meet that requirement, Muslim women prefer wearing long tops and blouses to cover the hip and waist area.

Some people who say they are acting in the name of religion may misunderstand their religion or practice it wrongly. For this reason, it is a mistake to form any idea of that religion from the activities of these people. The best way to understand Islam is through its holy source.

The holy source of Islam is the Qur’an; and the model of morality in the Qur’an is completely different from the image of it formed in the minds of some westerners. The Qur’an is based on the concepts of morality, love, compassion, mercy, modesty, self-sacrifice, tolerance and peace, and a Muslim who truly lives according to these moral precepts is highly refined, thoughtful, tolerant, trustworthy and accommodating. To those around him he gives love, respect, peace of mind and a sense of the joy of life.

Islam Is A Religion Of Peace And Well-Being

The word Islam has the same meaning as “peace” in Arabic. Islam is a religion that came down to offer humanity a life filled with the peace and well-being in which God’s eternal mercy and compassion is manifested in the world. God invites all people to accept the moral teachings of the Qur’an as a model whereby mercy, compassion, tolerance and peace may be experienced in the world. In Surat al-Baqara verse 208, this command is given:

You who believe! Enter absolutely into peace (Islam). Do not follow in the footsteps of Satan. He is an outright enemy to you.

As we see in this verse, people will experience well-being and happiness by living according to the moral teaching of the Qur’an.

God Condemns Mischief

God has commanded humanity to avoid evil; he has forbidden immorality, rebellion, cruelty, aggressiveness, murder and bloodshed. Those who do not obey this command of God are walking in the steps of Satan, as it says in the verse above, and have adopted an attitude that God has clearly declared unlawful. Of the many verses that bear on this subject, here are only two:

But as for those who break God’s contract after it has been agreed and sever what God has commanded to be joined, and cause corruption in the earth, the curse will be upon them. They will have the Evil Abode. (Surat ar-Ra’d: 25)

Seek the abode of the hereafter with what God has given you, without forgetting your portion of the world. And do good as God has been good to you. And do not seek to cause mischief on earth. God does not love mischief makers.’ (Surat al-Qasas: 77)

As we can see, God has forbidden every kind of mischievous acts in the religion of Islam including terrorism and violence, and condemned those who commit such deeds. A Muslim lends beauty to the world and improves it.

Islam Defends Tolerance And Freedom Of Speech

Islam is a religion which fosters freedom of life, ideas and thought. It has forbidden tension and conflict among people, calumny, suspicion and even having negative thoughts about another individual.

Islam has not only forbidden terror and violence, but also even the slightest imposition of any idea on another human being.

There is no compulsion in religion. Right guidance has become clearly distinct from error. Anyone who rejects false gods and believes in God has grasped the Firmest Handhold, which will never give way. God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. (Surat al-Baqara: 256)

So remind, you need only to remind. You cannot compel them to believe. (Surat al-Ghashiyah: 22)

To force anyone to believe in a religion or to practice it, is against the spirit and essence of Islam. Because it is necessary that faith be accepted with free will and conscience. Of course, Muslims may urge one another to keep the moral precepts taught in the Qur’an, but they never use compulsion. In any case, an individual cannot be induced to the practice of religion by either threat or offering him a worldly privilege.

Let us imagine a completely opposite model of society. For example, a world in which people are forced by law to practice religion. Such a model of society is completely contrary to Islam because faith and worship have value only when they are directed toward God. If there were a system that forced people to believe and worship, people would be religious only out of fear of the system. What is acceptable from the point of view of religion is that religion be practiced in an environment where freedom of conscience is permitted, and that it be practiced only for the approval of God.

God Has Made The Killing Of Innocent People Unlawful

According to the Qur’an, one of the greatest sins is to kill a human being who has committed no fault:

…If someone kills another person – unless it is in retaliation for someone else or for causing corruption in the earth – it is as if he had murdered all mankind. And if anyone gives life to another person, it is as if he had given life to all mankind. Our Messengers came to them with Clear Signs but even after that many of them committed outrages in the earth. (Surat al-Ma’ida: 32)

Those who do not call on any other deity together with God and do not kill anyone God has made inviolate, except with the right to do so, and do not fornicate; anyone who does that will receive an evil punishment. (Surat al-Furqan: 68)

As we can see in the verses above, those who kill innocent human beings without a cause are threatened with evil punishment. God has revealed that killing one person is as great a sin as killing all mankind. Anyone who respected the prerogatives of God would not do harm to even one individual, let alone murdering thousands of innocent people. Those who think that they will escape justice and punishment in this world will never escape the account they must give in the Presence of God on the Last Day. So, those believers who know they will give an account to God after their death, will be very careful about respecting the limits God has established.

God Commands Believers To Be Compassionate And Merciful

In this verse, Muslim morality is explained:

…To be one of those who believe and urge each other to steadfastness and urge each other to compassion. Those are the Companions of the Right. (Surat al-Balad: 17-18)

As we see in this verse, one of the most important moral precepts that God has sent down to His servants so that they may receive salvation and mercy and attain Paradise, is to “urge each other to compassion”.

Islam as described in the Qur’an is a modern, enlightened, progressive religion. A Muslim is above all a person of peace; he is tolerant with a democratic spirit, cultured, enlightened, honest, knowledgable about art and science and civilized.

A Muslim educated in the fine moral teaching of the Qur’an, approaches everyone with the love that Islam expects. He shows respect for every idea and he values art and aesthetics. He is conciliatory in the face of every event, diminishing tension and restoring amity. In societies composed of individuals such as this, there will be a higher civilization, a higher social morality, more joy, happiness, justice, security, abundance and blessings than in the most modern nations of the world today.

God Has Commanded Tolerance And Forgiveness

Surat al-A’raf, verse 199, which says “practice forgiveness”, expresses the concept of forgiveness and tolerance which is one of the basic principles of the religion of Islam.

When we look at Islamic history, we can see clearly how Muslims established this important precept of the moral teaching of the Qur’an in their social life. At every point in their advance, Muslims destroyed unlawful practices and created a free and tolerant environment. In the areas of religion, language and culture, they made it possible for people totally opposite to each other to live under the same roof in freedom and peace, thereby giving to those subject to them the advantages of knowledge, wealth and position. Likewise, one of the most important reasons that the large and widespread Ottoman Empire was able to sustain its existence for so many centuries was that its way of life was directed by the tolerance and understanding brought by Islam. For centuries Muslims have been characterized by their tolerance and compassion. In every period of time they have been the most just and merciful of people. All ethnic groups within this multi-national community freely practiced the religions they have followed for years and enjoyed every opportunity to live in their own cultures and worship in their own way.

Indeed, the particular tolerance of Muslims, when practiced as commanded in the Qur’an, can alone bring peace and well-being to the whole world. The Qur’an refers to this particular kind of tolerance:

A good action and a bad action are not the same. Repel the bad with something better and, if there is enmity between you and someone else, he will be like a bosom friend. (Surat al-Fussilat: 34)

Conclusion

All this shows that the moral teaching offered to humanity by Islam is one that will bring peace, happiness and justice to the world. The barbarism that is happening in the world today under the name of “Islamic Terrorism” is completely removed from the moral teachings of the Qur’an; it is the work of ignorant, bigoted people, criminals who have nothing to do with religion. The solution which will applied against these individuals and groups who are trying to commit their deeds of savagery under the guise of Islam, will be the instruction of people in the true moral teaching of Islam.

In other words, the religion of Islam and the moral teaching of the Qur’an are not the supporters of terrorism and the terrorists, but the remedy by which the world can be saved from the scourge of terrorism.
